By joining the WowMe™ waitlist, you agree to receive email communications about the platform's development, launch updates, and early access opportunities. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform or any specific pricing tier. Founding member pricing, where offered, is subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion prior to launch.
When you create an account on WowMe™, you are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • All activities that occur under your account. • Providing accurate and complete information during registration. • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. WowMe™ offers subscription-based access at three tiers: Essential, Magnetic, and Unstoppable. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to: • Pay the applicable subscription fees as described at the time of purchase. • Automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. • Our refund policy, which provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Credit allocations reset monthly and do not carry over to the following billing period.
The WowMe™ platform, including its design, software, AI models, content, and trademarks, is owned by WowMe™ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our express written permission. Content you create using WowMe™ tools remains your property. By using our platform, you grant WowMe™ a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
The Enneagram personality assessment provided through WowMe™ is intended for personal branding and marketing purposes only. It is not a clinical, psychological, or diagnostic tool. Results are used to personalize your AI branding experience and should not be interpreted as professional psychological advice. You agree not to use WowMe™ to: • Generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent. • Violate any applicable law or regulation. • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform. • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent.
WowMe™ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, lead generation results, or income from using our platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WowMe™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
